Never had a boilover until I was teaching a friend to brew at his house. Made quite a mess on his nice gas stove.

I like brewing things that make people think.

I’m not a fan of Peat Smoked things.
What was the first beer you ever brewed? How did it turn out?
I brewed what amounted to an underhopped dark ale. Turned out to be a decent darkish lawnmower beer.
Have you ever had a homebrew mistake that turned out great?
I’ll let everyone try cider batch #1 and then we’ll vote. It’s a bit polarizing.

I try to brew about once a month depending on time and consumption levels.

I like me some Marris Otter. Great all around base.

What’s the most unusual ingredient you’ve ever used in a brew?
Agave Nectar or Black Pepper

Not yet. We will have to work on that.
