Who Are You:
Home Town (City, State):
I’ve been a homebrewer since:
Do you have a homebrewing disaster you’d like to share?
We decided to do a honey weiss. At the time we were doing partial mash. That being said we substituted half the extract with pure honey. Long story short too much sugar made the airlock blow during fermentation and multiple bottle explosions during carbonation. At the end of it all not a single bottle could be opened without sitting in the fridge for a while overflowing.
What is your favorite style(s) to brew?
IPA’s, I’m a hop head and that is the first style I brewed.
What style(s) will you never brew?
Never say never anything is fair game. That’s half the fun of homebrewing.
Are you a BJCP Judge? If so, what is your rank and how long have you been judging?
Not a judge yet but plan on it soon.
How frequently do you brew (times/month or /year)?
About once a month.
What is your favorite hop? Why?
Cascade or Centennial its a toss up. I like bitter and floral.
Do you brew alone, with friends or with someone you live with?
Love brewing with other people. Half the fun is being able to enjoy you’re hobby with others.
Are you an indoor or outdoor brewer?
Outdoor all the time. Even in cold weather its more fun outside. Plus if you make a mess easier to clean.
