Thank you, thank you, thank you, to every entrant who submitted beer to the competition, every judge, steward, and staff member who gave their time to pull it off! In addition a huge thank you to Braxton for giving us the space to have the competition and providing coffee, lunch, medals, the BOS award and taking care of our volunteers. You guys are the best!
Now that judging is complete and the winners have been announced I want to get some information out there:
Scoresheets – We utilized a new feature in the competition software this year to make your score sheets available to you. All scoresheets have been uploaded to the site and should currently be available to you when you log in to your account on the site. All scoresheets are being delivered in this digital method. While it has worked for those we have talked with thus far, and everything appears correct on the site, it is a new feature and if you encounter any issues with accessing your scoresheets please reach out to me, Jon Covey – Data and Site Coordinator, through the contact link on the site so that I can look into it.
Medals – If you were not able to make it to the awards ceremony we will be working to get medals mailed out this week.
A reminder that Hammerdown is run and executed by the Guild. There has been a change to the process from last year, and medals will not be available for pickup at Braxton – medals and scoresheets are in our possession and are not at the brewery. It has come to my attention that one section of the competition site did not get updated with that information this year, I apologize for any confusion, and the site has been updated. We ask that if you have any questions or concerns that you politely reach out to us directly.
