Our March brew out brings us to Burlington to the home of two great homebrewers Dave and Josie . Come to brew or just bring some homebrew to share and help. Dave is going to start brewing a beer that requires multiple rests around 9 AM for any early birds that want to come out and join. The “official” brew out will engage at 11 and go until it is done. Brewers of all skill levels and experience are always welcome! As always, snacks and homebrew are encouraged.
For those interested:
1. We can offer the knowledge and dedicated help of an advanced brewer the day of the brew in to help you from beginning to end of the brew process on your equipment. This brewer will be there to help in any way you need and answer (or get the answer) to any questions you may have. Post up or message Dave Dixon or Jon C to arrange.
2. Want to get feedback on your brew from highly experienced and/or BJCP ranked judges? Just let us know and we will make arrangements to have your brew tasted the day of or soon thereafter. We will fill out BJCP scoresheet to give you unbiased feedback in the hopes of helping you dial in your recipe or identify characteristics you may not be able to identify.
3. Just getting started with brewing or looking to see what all grain is all about? Can’t transport your equipment? Fear not! Let us know and we will try to get a system together for you to use during the brew in. Please let us know as far in advance as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you with a brew system to use day of. Post up or message Dave Dixon or Jon C to arrange.
The educational session TBD.
We looking forward to seeing everyone there!
