Tonight Eddie, Mike and I gathered impromptu to taste Mike’s Robust and Baltic and Jon’s Robust. While both robusts were very good Mike’s Baltic Porter was absolutely fantastic and was the hands down winner to represent our club at the first COC of the season. Congrats to Mike for brewing a fantastic baltic porter with an amazing malt complexity and dark fruit character! Hopefully we will be seeing a medal soon!
