The calendar has been updated with the info for this month’s meeting. The brew out will be Saturday Feb. 25th starting at 1pm. We will be judging and selecting the beer to represent us at our first NHA COC and then we will get our brew on! There is room for another one or two to brew, so if you want to bring your equipment please let Jon know. We will hopefully be brewing by 3 pm.

If you are submitting a beer to be judged by the club for the COC, please plan to bring a six pack of the entry. This will allow us to have enough to judge, share, and send to competition if your stout is selected. Make sure your beers are in 12 oz unmarked and unlabeled bottles. We would like to get at least 4 people to participate in the judging, so if you are interested let Jon know. No worries if you have no experience, we will walk through everything the day of and you can see the general process by which beers are judged. We may even have a guest judge or two join us.

Guild members clear your calendars for the day and let’s make this the biggest and best meeting yet. Hopefully there will be a few special things in store so make sure you don’t miss it! Don’t forget to bring something to share with the club!
